Ryszard Bolko, Esq, CPA, MBA, MACC
Mr. Bolko has spent his entire career architecting, developing, and deploying innovative solutions that align with business goals and deliver quantifiable benefits. Mr. Bolko is a Polish born and US educated attorney and certified public accountant (CPA). Over his career he worked for companies of various sizes in architecting, developing, and deploying innovative solutions, mergers and acquisitions, capital fundings, and organizational transformations. He held number of leadership and executive positions for public and private companies and sits on boards of few non profit organizations. He also works with domestic and international companies and individuals in helping them navigate through tax, accounting, investing and complex legal US systems. Mr. Bolko supplements his diversified experience in law, accounting and operations with two master degrees (MBA and MAcc), CPA designation, Six sigma certification, and a law degree.
Rafael M. Diaz, Esq of counsel

Mr. Diaz attended Palm Beach Atlantic University where he acquired a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology. After receiving his Bachelors in Science degree, Mr. Diaz earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Barry University School of Law where he was invited to join the prestigious Moot Court honor society where he earned numerous awards.
Mr. Diaz specializes in personal injury law including cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, pedestrian accidents, bus accidents, motorcycle accidents, rollovers, wrongful death and premises liability.
Wiktor Sawinda, of counsel
Chair of Polish Practice Team Wiktor has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, foreign investment law, contracts, and real estate. In 2004, he obtained a master's degree in law at the European University of Law and Administration, and in 2008, a master's degree in law (MA by research in Law) at Queen Mary University of London. Right now he is practicing law in Warsaw Poland. Licensed to practice in the Republic of Poland only.
Anna Dubiel, of counsel
Co-Chair of Polish Practice Team Anna has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, foreign investment law, contracts, and real estate. She obtained a Master's Degree in Law in European University of Law and Administration in Warsaw in 2004. Even before graduation, Anna Dubiel started working in a law firm, dealing with a wide range of matters . Licensed to practice in Republic of Poland only.
Barbara Wiecka, associate

Mrs. Wiecka obtained a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Warsaw in 1993. A specialist in insurance law and civil liability, she gained experience in a law firm and then ran her own company. A social activist, she served as a president of a few non-profit organizations.
